Music
Director (part-time) comfortable with a variety of styles who can play the
church's three-manual Roosevelt rebuilt by Leonard Carlson. Kawai grand piano in the
sanctuary; new Pearl River grand in the choir room. Responsibilities include, but are not
limited to, directing the choir, recruiting choir members of all ages,
playing the organ and piano, participating in staff meetings, (preferably)
the ability to network with other musicians and performing artists to enrich
the Outreach program, and computer proficiency. Sunday morning worship plus additional
services, such as Lenten, Christmas Eve, etc.

planning service music, supervising paid soloists and other choir directors
(bell, children), and maintaining the music library. Four manual, 52-rank Casavant

Director
of Music Ministry (full-time) to develop and grow the program. Candidate will possess a versatile
background with experience in traditional and current music styles, and
enthusiasm to nurture an adult choir and bell choir, as well as establish a
children's music ministry. Duties
include participating in worship planning, scheduling special music for
worship services, children's ministries, community outreach ministries, as
well as weddings and funerals as needed.
Three-manual, 26-rank Austin organ installed in 1914 (rebuilt in 1957);
Mason & Hamlin baby grand piano. Music
education background a plus; BA degree in organ or piano performance
